Kalbi House

This week my food review travels all the way from White Plains, Westchester, New York. It’s amazing how long it’s taken me to write about this restaurant review especially because it’s my go-to Korean bbq place in all of Westchester County/Fairfield County called Kalbi House.

Kalbi House is known as the most “authentic Korean Cuisine” in all of White Plains, but I’d say they’re the best in all of Westchester County. It sounds so much like a paid post, but it’s truly not and here are three reasons why:

  1. For anyone who has never had Korean BBQ, Kalbi House offers a full experience when it comes to cooking Korean bbq, either you can DIY or have someone cook it right in front of you.
  2. Although Kalbi is the signature dish to make it your ultimate Korean bbq experience, they also offer other delicious marinated meat dishes that are perfect to complete your meal.
  3. And what better Korean bbq experience other than the 8 appetizer dishes that come before the meal? Talk about getting your taste buds worth!

So let’s get down to business. Here’s my usual order:

& sometimes I order their marinated shrimp and pork.

There’s a lot I can say about Kalbi House, but a lot can be said in a short and concise way as well. Here we go. Kalbi House on average of 80% is always on point. Their meats usually have been marinated enough that it tastes divine when it’s being barbecued yet there are instances when there isn’t enough but nevertheless always fresh. But other than that, Kalbi House is a great place to dine with family and friends because it is a family owned business which always makes any dining experience wonderful and homely.

**Side Note**

This week and I think future posts as well, as much as juicy facts and thoughts are great about an experience, I also find it important to be short, concise and informative because life’s too short to skim a great article, so why not make this article a win win situation by making this review (well maybe starting next week) and future posts more condensed, clear and concise.
