So this week I was doing some housecleaning on my website to only find that my Black Tap NYC review is gone. So instead of re-writing a very thorough review on Black Tap, I’ll give it to you short and sweet. Here we go …
First thing’s first, here’s what I order:
Bison Burger & Nutella Milkshake
I can see the commotion behind Black Tap NYC for sure. There’s a lot to it other than their insane milkshakes but also the aesthetic and culture within the store such as hopping from stoop to stoop to make room for parties. My bison burger was absolutely delicious and quite juicy. And despite my initial goal to go to Black Tap to try their insane milkshake, none of my friends were willing to be as adventurous to try it nor was I gonna buy a milkshake just for the insta so I decided to slum for the Nutella milkshake which nevertheless was delicious. I hope that their expansion across New York City will lead to lesser lines because an hour or two long of a wait for a good burger and really really sugary drinks may not be enough for me when there are a lot more restaurants I have yet to try in New York City.
