After going through my archives, it amazes me that I haven’t written a review about Ramen Setagaya yet I must say, I haven’t been there for almost about a year so it makes sense. And with that introduction, you can already guess that this week’s review will be of the ramen joint in New York City called Ramen Setagaya.
There’s not much info that I can dig up about Ramen Setagaya from the inner web but I will say, they seem to never fail when it comes to delivering a bowl of ramen. Without further ado, here’s what I got this time around or as I would say, my usual go-to’s:
Setagaya Shoyu Ramen
Setagaya’s Rich Broth Pork, Chicken, and Vegetable Base, Premium Berkshire Pork-Chasyu, Menma Red Onion, Scallion, & Nori.
+ side of Pork Gyoza
If you’re a fan of wavy ramen noodles or just like noodles/ramen in general, definitely make your way to Ramen Setagaya. I can’t exactly state what makes Ramen Setagaya better than the many ramen shops across New York City, but I will say they never fail to deliver a quality bowl of ramen every time I go. And if you’re a fan of combos just like me, they also offer a combo with your bowl of ramen for an additional cost of $4 which includes: a drink (hot tea or soda) and a side (4 piece gyoza, half order of karaage, tori curry or salad).
