Ralph’s Coffee Review (Closed)

As much as Starbucks Coffee is satisfactory but sometimes we prefer a change of scenery from time to time. As there are so many coffee shops across New York City, what better way to start your coffee shop exploration than in the heart of Manhattan: Midtown East.

Ralph’s Coffee is located in the heart of Midtown and inside Ralph Lauren. Like what better place to have a coffee shop other than inside a flagship? Talk about hitting two birds with one stone: a store to shop in and grab a cup of joe in, am I right?

Don’t let the name Ralph’s Coffee fool you. Ralph’s Coffee also sells other drinks along with pastries and sandwiches. But since coffee is what helps my blood flow I decided to give their cold brew a shot:

To all iced coffee cold brew lovers, you will fall in love with this as much as I did. As much as this cup of Ralph’s was delicious, I do have to deduct a star from my experience at Ralph because they forgot my dad’s drink completely. Other than that, the staff were nice and the seating arrangement is fair but can get crowded from time to time. So if you’re planning to crank out an assignment, I would pick a weekday over the weekend but occasionally Sundays can be slow. And although Ralph’s Coffee may seem like a destination coffee shop based on Instagram, it’s still a hidden gem in Midtown that people have yet to takeover completely. Just something to keep in mind when you’re trying to find a coffee shop to hammer out your work.
